Come with a clean, makeup-free face if you are booked for a facial. If you have been using strong actives like high-strength vitamin A or AHA exfoliants, give us a call beforehand so we can adjust the treatment if needed. Drink plenty of water in the days leading up. For most facial treatments you will be lying down on a heated bed in the treatment room. We will talk you through what we are doing as we go, but feel free to close your eyes and switch off. Most clients fall asleep at some point.
